1. What We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Connect you with a local ActionCOACH coach, franchisee, or representative

4. Third-Party Enquires (Franchisees, Licensees, Coaches)

ActionCOACH Catalyst may share your information with a local coach/franchisee/licensee when it’s necessary to respond to your request or deliver services (for example, “Find a Coach” enquiries). In those situations:

  • We share only what’s reasonably needed for the purpose

  • The local coach/franchisee may contact you directly

  • The local coach/franchisee may be an independent business and may handle your information under their own privacy practices

We may also share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, CRM platforms, analytics, email/SMS tools, scheduling tools, cloud hosting). These vendors are required to protect information and use it only to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and as required by law. As a general guideline, enquiry records may be retained for up to 12 months, unless you become an active client, you ask us to keep communicating, or a longer period is required for legal/business reasons.

6. SMS / Text Messaging (Consent, Opt-In, and Opt-Out)

If you choose to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from ActionCOACH Catalyst, we may send you messages related to your enquiry, event registration, appointment reminders, requested resources, and (where permitted) promotional or marketing communications.

How you opt in:
You may opt in by submitting an online form that includes an SMS consent checkbox, requesting to be contacted by text, registering for an event, completing a lead form, or otherwise providing express consent to receive SMS/text messages.

What you can expect:

  • Message types: service/enquiry follow-ups, scheduling/reminders, event updates, and (if you opted in) marketing offers and educational resources

  • Message frequency: varies based on your activity (for example, booking a call or registering for an event)

  • Cost: standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan

Opting out:
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message and we will stop sending further SMS/text messages, except where necessary to confirm your request or where permitted by law.

Access is limited to authorized staff and approved service providers on a need-to-know basis, and they’re required to maintain confidentiality.

  • With service providers that help us send texts (SMS platforms/CRM providers), strictly to deliver and manage messages on our behalf

  • With a local coach/franchisee when you request to be contacted by a specific coach or submit a “Find a Coach” enquiry, so they can respond to you

  • If required by law (for example, to comply with a legal request)

Service providers and partners are required to protect your information and use it only for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
